The first time I played through Vanilla, Pitt, BS I used:

THE MOD TO GET!!!! Completely revolutionizes the feel of the game visually, screenshots barely do it justice:
Fellout

Female Nude Body Replacer, really gives you something MUCH better to look at while playing. Replaces player and NPC bodies.

Face retextures for females, goes perfectly with the above mod for same reasons.

Hairpacks to be used with the above mods:

Weapon Mod Kits, really breathes some new life into the limited number of Vanilla weapons available out there.

Some of the numerous armor packs I used to create some custom outfits:
Shoulders detached

Sexy ass outfit for use with Type 3 body type

Scout outfits

Vanilla Armor Retextures

Just a few off the top of my head, I know my mod folder had at least 20+ mods in it. Next playthrough (When I'm done with Mass Effect) I plan on trying out FOOK (which I hope has BS and PL finished and updated).

What were some of your favorites?

I have some of these along with

- I got the slightly quicker movement mod (seriously, it's awesome)
- Player after game over
- LVL cap increased to 40
- The weather generator mod
- Usable Cigarettes
- Zooming Scoped Weapons

I'll def try out Fellout.

It's funny how days after Fallout 3 was released people were putting out character remodels that looked lightyears ahead of anything Bethesda had made. What is wrong their art department?

Took them 10years to get those models out too.

Bethesda Softworks started working on Fallout 3 in July 2004 but principal development did not begin until after The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and its related extras and plugins were completed. Thus less than 4 years of development.

Yeah, so when one guy can outdo their male and female body models in a few weeks, it's because the mass of art people and modelers at Bethesda didn't have enough time?

Actually, it's quite far from it and what I already said still stand whether the masses of the mundane accept it or not is irrelevant.
