Yeah, I can see how many of each rating a person has gotten, but the list link that lets me see who gave what rating is not there anymore.

It's an experiment. It takes 5x the lock button to hide the comment. But it's not deleted, just hidden.

Can positive ratings override the auto hide? That would be super, it would avoid posts from people being ganged up on just to hide them (which I'm fairly certain is going to happen).

I dunno, I've never seen any post get more than 3 lock ratings at a time (OP excluded). I don't think it will be as bad as everyone fears.

That's because they didn't hide the post before. I can think of at least 5 users who will make it their mission to hide every one of Charlie's posts.

That's just being retarded. The [ignore person] feature still works, doesn't it? If people have trouble with someone, it's best to just ignore that person. But to hide every post of that person for everyone else (who will open the hidden posts anyway) is just... well... what's the right word for this.. Scumbag Steve-ish?
