I dropped acid once. I didn't see anything like that but towards the end of the trip, my head certainly felt like that.

I had a friend who claims she dropped acid the night before the SATs. According to her she was still tripping when the morning of the test came around. She made a scene when she loudly told the proctor that the little man living in her Pepsi can was making noise and wouldn't shut up. She also asked how she was supposed to take the test after all the C's on her answer sheet melted off the paper.

The very first time I got drunk was the night before my ACTs. I stopped drinking at 5 am, fell asleep, woke up at 6 and was testing at 7. I fell asleep during the math portion. I don't recommend it. Though, an acid trip sounds worse.
