Mostly his Red State stunt, his noted hatred / slapfight with critics for not liking his shittier movies, and most of what I heard him say on Smodcast before I got fed up and gave up.

I do love Clerks/Mallrats/Chasing Amy/Dogma/Clerks 2, etc and the animated series, but he really turned into a twit that makes shitty movies now.

He didn't wuss out on it. He talks about it extensively in the DVD extras. The ending was supposed to be exactly what it appeared to be, but they didn't have the budget to do it.

I'm not saying he didn't intend for that ending, it's just, in my opinion, not good. It's like most horror movies. No one knows how to end a horror movie. It's almost a genre trope that they end badly.

I think Jersey Girl was better than most of his movies.

Actually, thinking this over, that's an overstatement. I liked Clerks, Mallrats and Chasing Amy better, so I like Jersey Girl better than his less important movies.

It also didn't help that his audiences were expecting dick and fart jokes and got a rom-com.

His worst movie, by far, in my estimation is Zack and Miri Make A Porno.
