Going to Seinfeld tonight...!
So she's just coming over with a bottle of wine. I'm either really impressed or petrified of crazy; there doesn't seem to be a middle ground. I suspect I'll be posting again in Minor Victory or Rant threads soon enough...

So, I discovered I had $100 hidden in a pocket of a bag I take everywhere, but the pocket is seldom/never used. Then, when I went to Seinfeld with my uncle, even though I had purchased the tickets months ago (and as a gift for a friend who couldn't make it), he insisted on paying me back (it was about $160). So, I find myself $260 richer today.
Free Final Fantasy XIII, which is really a ridiculous thing for me to happy about since I play video games for like three hours a week if I'm lucky. Still, this and Fallout 3 should tide me over until they release the GOTY/Platinum edition of Bioshock Infinity with all the DLC included.

I've been that guy. We understand your frustration, we're not just saying that, but I implore you, just take a deep breath and remember that it's not the CSR's fault and he likely doesn't have any power to help you directly.

What's hateful about that is, having been there myself, in some companies there actually are extra discounts/profits/gifts available for customers "in case you need to get rid of the" or "if they're taking up your time and wait time's going up". Usually, these a re pretty much equal to the employment benefits. I remember one ISP here actually had a separate pack, unadvertised, that was the same as the base pack plus a couple of extras (the sports pack and porn, IIRC), for less than the normal pack. But I was only allowed to give it out if the customer had a "legitimate complaint". Good luck objectively determining that - "the cable guy stank", "I had to wait 3 days longer than advertised", "I'm an old frail lady who WANTS SOME MOTHERFUCKING HELP FROM YOU YOU COCKSUCKER" (that one was fun, still nto sure if she had Tourette's or was just really foulmouthed

Got an extra night off instead of moving my weekend to yesterday and today. Which is fine, since there will be no uncertainty about if I have to work Saturday or Sunday now. I don't. I can do whatever Saturday without having to worry about sleep for Sunday.
Payday hit ~15 minutes ago. Cable/internet/phone all PAID. And I still have a good chunk to do with as I wish, not counting gas and groceries.

A few months ago I won free chipotle catering. I finally redeem it yesterday. I go up to the store and they have no idea what I'm talking about. There is no record of the order. Basically, they made it from scratch but I had to wait an hour. When we get back, they give us our food, two free burrito coupons, and they give me my free catering for 20 coupon back. I just got $600 worth of free food.
