To clarify, the friend who lost the relationship due to video games pretty much didn't do anything else. It's amazing she stayed with him as long as she did.

Well we watch Suits, which is awesome.

Still. I hate having to play games when she's not around just so I can enjoy myself a little bit on my own.

I have to make sure Kati isn't around when I play my music. Otherwise I get to hear how boring and trite my music is.

Don't get me wrong, her choices in music aren't bad. I just get tired of 70-80% of the music I listen to being chosen by her.

Have hardly played any pc games lately because I spend my time watching tv with the girlfriend....Luckily I get to choose most of the series we watch

You and me both, except the choosing the tv part. Though we largely like the same stuff so it's not a deal. She doesn't watch reality tv, so there's no grinder there. She IS however, making me finish Dexter. If it weren't for the fact that they skipped this week, I might've ended the relationship over it.

Eh, I've been able to get Red Dwarf, Castle, House MD, Battlestar Galactica, Deadwood; she's got Criminal Minds, NCIS, That 70s Show, Scrubs. I'm mostly ok with the choices and we've got Babylon 5 and Game of Thrones on DVD just waiting for us, so not going anywhere bad yet.
Reality TV interests her as much as it does me....

Dexter and Breaking Bad and such - not out in Belgium yet. I guess I could import the DVDs if I wanted to, but why? Plenty of good shows left

Also, just sleep during Dexter

Oh don't get me wrong, she said if they said, "Breaking Bad or Mad Men" instead of the "Bachalorette" she's be more forgiving.
