Skip that and go for 2160p (4k, 3840x2160):

NOPE! Only HDMI inputs on that, which means it can't accept 4K resolution at anything more than 30fps. Even if it does display 120Hz (and there are comments about a firmware bug on this model), the HDMI spec doesn't include 60fps 4K content yet.

Also, at least one review found there to be significant input lag at 4K resolutions, bad for gaming.

That monoprice is shittier in every way to the Asus one, but that price is hard to beat.
 
Price ain't an issue if the value is worth it.

To me, that means next year the prices will be almost there....
