Actually, Kasem hasn't been doing the voice of Shaggy for years. It's been Matthew Lillard (the Shaggy from the live action movies) for several years, mostly because of Kasem's health problems.

Frank Welker is Freddy in everything that has ever had a Freddy. Pretty sure he's the all-time record holder for most movie/TV credits ever. He's voiced more things than Mel Blanc.

This is the first death in awhile that made me tear up. I grew up on many of his voices, and I still love Scooby Doo. He will always be the voice of Shaggy to me.
