[Gaming] Diablo 3 : Ser Farm-A-Lot

I've found a few, but nothing really spectacular. Just filled in some transmog gaps.
My play time has been somewhat limited.

Awesome!

The drops seemed to have leveled off over the week. Last Thursday was almost silly. This week was better than before and seems like a good rate.

I will be on after 4 or so CT and might have to bail for an hour or so to make dinner.

I'll start a new HC character and get him up to speed.

So you know how I've been having system troubles? Well, it killed my level 58 hardcore WD today. I was doing some bounties and my system just fucking shut down. When I finally got back on I was dead. Killed by a skeleton. A SKELETON!!

July can't come fast enough.

Do you like data? Here's some data for you.
Granted, it's data that were collected in April, so things have no doubt changed a bit.

My level 68 Barbarian (not hardcore - I won't do that again until I get my new rig) just died for the very first time. I'm on expert and in a Nephalim rift. I meet a boss monster and it fears me...into another group of blues. Then I get feared into another group of minions. As my body lay there, I arrowed over all the bad nasties. Here's the effects the three groups were throwing at me at the same time:
  • Poison
  • Arcane (x2)
  • Vortex (x2)
  • Extra Health
  • Plagued
  • Horde
  • Fast
  • Wormhole
  • Frozen
  • Avenger
Every time I tried to run away they'd vortex me back in to the middle of the green blobs & lasers. I respawned at my body and took off running, killing them one by one as I jumped and ran in circles. When the last one went down my bar to summon the Nephalim boss was at 99%. I killed two creatures after that and it came. So I guess I got lucky?

I found out that rifting in groups actually results in some drops!
I've found that the best method for getting good drops is to hunt in groups. I don't know what it is, but it's almost like they engineered it so that there is some threshold which is difficult to break when playing solo, but easier to break when playing multiplayer.

I almost have one of every class at 70 (barb is close!) - let me know if you want to rift sometime.
I have a complete set of 70's, working my way through a second 70 for each class (for "alt builds"). Got my second 70 in Crusader and Monk, still working on the rest. If you see me online, I'm always happy to jump in unless I'm already adventuring with another friend.
