Former President and Convicted Felon Trump Thread

Not to be all doom and gloom but...

Trump is just going to spend more time inciting violence instead of conceding, until we have to literally drag him from the White House in January. On top of the violence, COVID concerns are going to be ignored, so if you aren't in a state with a sane governor, make sure you're as prepared as possible to ride out this next surge.

Today we celebrate. Tomorrow we figure shit out.

Google "Four Seasons Landcaping." I have no idea whats going on anymore.
Wasn't there an owner of a landscaping company that was distributing shields and tactical gear to the Proud Boys for protests or something? I'm positive I linked to it somewhere in the past but can't find it at the moment.

I mean, this thread still has two months of life, no rush.
You are completely correct, but I know I'm excited for the day we can take this thread out back and shoot it.
And honestly, with the lawsuits against him and all the damage, this thread will probably be active until he's dead. And maybe not even then.

I am donating to Georgia to flip the Senate, though I wish I was more confident about it. Georgia barely flipped for Biden. Our only hope is that the Trump loss will disenfranchise a lot of conservative voters, but it also might make them even more rapid to vote in January. It's really going to be a coin flip.

Even still, I know the legal madness is going to suck so I am likely still going to block politics for the foreseeable future.

Came back for celebations but think I should get back to the darkness because twitter is a bit of a shit show.

"FRAUD!" "Okay proof?" "...." "You have proof right?" "FACEBOOK TOLD ME!"

Republicans "They kicked out our poll watchers!" Judge "So you are saying they are outside the building and not allowed back in?" Republicans "Well... no, but..." Judge "Are they in there right now watching the polls?" Republicans "Well..." Judge "I asked you if they are in there right now watching the polls." Republicans "Yes, but that isn't..." Judge "Oh for fucks sake."

My solace is that the GOP is unlikely to actually help Trump since Biden was able to flip some red states, and they got what they wanted out of him judicially. It's unlikely it will even make it to the Supreme Court, and even if it does, it's very unlikely they would OVERTURN a win. Even the one time they did call it in 2000 for Bush, he had technically won the state, and thus they were simply reinforcing the win, not flipping a call. I don't see them damaging the SC by overturning a states election call unless there is loads of hard evidence.

BTW for those that also want to cut off most news, the biggest offender outside of course watching the news is social media. I don't use my Facebook, but I have to use Twitter for work and it's 90% of the time where I see the headlines first. I found an extension for chrome called "Tweak New Twitter" that can be used to hide the trending box and explore tabs. Combined with muted words, it really helps lower incoming news while I try to get work done and helps with my stress level a lot.

Has he said anything? There hasn't been anything on his twitter since it was called.
The Ruby press conference was basically a "We are not conceding, this is decided by the courts" event.

Also, it's amazing to see conservatives turn on Fox News right now. Like, holy shit. They are screaming at them for calling the election.
