Would the first person to tell us what the hell was going on with Antonio Brown, please just stay silent? No one would believe you anyways.

Not even if I said 'mental illness'? I'd posit no one's properly intervened up to now because no one wanted to kill the Good At Sportsball golden goose.

Oh, we all know it's mental illness. The question is, which one?

BPD? Schizophrenia? CTE?

Sounds like HR benched him to keep him from getting a million dollars in bonuses. And he seems a bit fragile on top of that. Hope he gets better.

until we hear his side of it, we’re being told it’s the other way around. Refused to go back in the game.

His behavior from college and before suggests undiagnosed mental illness, add traumatic brain injury thanks to Burfict, and we're looking at a tragedy waiting to happen. If there were only some way besides autopsy to diagnose what some suspect is going on.

I get it, Big Ben is retiring and he won a lot of games for Pittsburgh. But the adoration being showered upon him is sickening. Great on the field, and a fucking monster off of it. I hated hearing one of the announcers describe Roethlisberger’s past as “having some immature choices, or mistakes” in his early years. He raped two women (that we know of)! That’s not some “Aw gee, boys-will-be-boys” shit! That’s fucking awful, and he should not be getting any praise or forgiveness for his behavior off the field!

You confused me for a moment, because even though this is the NFL thread, when I hear "Big Ben," I think Wallace, not Roethlisberger.

This has been a wild day. Didn't think my Steelers would have a shot at the playoffs but Carson Wentz and Co. Are self-destructing over in Jacksonville. A real nail biter between Ravens and Steelers now.

I feel your pain. That's essentially the Packers of my youth.

"And the next head coach of the Giants... Eli Manning!"

I'm a Panthers fan, existence is pain

We get bright spots, like 2015, but then fall hard. If we had at least won the Super Bowl that year, we could hang onto that

Not to beat a dead horse but San Diego absolutely needs to fire their clown coach. The fans will never be behind him now and he’s gonna waste Herbert’s prime.
