The changes they made to the spotlight caches don't help. If you miss the specific period that card was released you're looking at potentially months before they show up again with the only other way of obtaining them the once a day token store refresh. But that's compounded by them slowing token collection substantially as well.

Yeah, everything about card acquisition was changed to be worse for anyone that wants to collect all the cards, to the point that despite really enjoying the game I just couldn't keep up. And once I couldn't keep up, I just didn't want to play.
