Mr_Chaz

I kind of feel like someone should introduce this woman to gravity...

But at the same time, I really don't!

Even though he's more of a departure from the original, the round-goggled Steampunk Boba Fett is by far the best.

Impressive. Most impressive.

More Steampunk:

Luke Skywalker

Han Solo

Slave-girl Leia

Rogue with Jew-man Group

Now on to more general steampunk:

Is that a hammer in this guy's hand? Would doing a steampunk version of John Henry be ironic or just plain contradictory?

Portable Telephone & Telegraph! "Yeah, I'm dittering right now, it's awesome! You should subscribe to my Ditter feed! Around the world in 140 characters!"

This guy has a nice mechanical arm.

But this guy's is better.

Yeah - in that one picture you can see that Venture is a girl, and I had my suspicions about the Monarch.

In other news... I'll have one of Dr Mrs the Monarch #2, and one of Dr Girlfriend #1 please.

Still more Steampunk

I wish I could make out what's on the flag.

I'm sorry the beige short-sleeved shirt makes me think Boy Scouts, and the modified Nerf gun isn't helping. It's not a bad costume, though.

Pilot

The British are coming!

Anyone recognize the uniform?

German engineering

I have to admit, I'm really burned out on Steampunk. Seriously, I thought there were a lot of Goth-y costumes, but not even close to the amount on Steampunk.

Hah sorry, I didn't mean to stop posting, that was more an observation as a con-goer. :p
If I thought you'd actually meant for me to stop posting steampunk, I might have posted even more just to be contrary. Most of my cosplay bookmarks on on my desktop, and I was on my laptop last night, so I posted what I had there.

Now, back to Steampunk:

Tinker?

Welder? I kind of like these costumes that have more of a working-man vibe to them than adventurer.

Medic pack? (Someone needs to do a Steampunk version of Team Fortress 2)

Apparition Abolisher (Ghost Buster, steampunk style)

Wing Packs

Steampunk Weapons

Mad Scientist!

Nice flamethrower, but I think the second costume might look better with HowDroll in it.

Another steampunk Ghostbuster, I think.

Okay, last Steampunk post... for now.

And this seems to be steampunk that got a bit more fantasy mixed in:

Should I just keep posting until a mod locks the thread, or just start Good Cosplay Thread 3?

We should probably keep it to within 100 pages, like RPGnet's Motivational Poster Threads. Any more than that and it actually starts causing problems for the forums on a whole.

Well, different users can see different page numbers. I'd say we go with something more absolute, like 1000 posts. Or 2000, or whatever.

Well, the mods can decide that elsewhere.

Cosplay I just couldn't shoe-horn into one of the major categories:

I love the contrast of the old-timey press pas with the thoroughly modern camera:

Peanut (a puppet of ventriloquist Jeff Dunham's)

Spice Girls

Lego Minifig

Beatles

w/ the Grail Knight form Indianna Jones and the Last Crusade (more of him later)

Miss Scarlett with the Candlestick and the Rope from Clue

Countess Elizabeth Bathory

After all this cosplay, I think I've suffered san loss.
Cthulhu

Dragon in armor

Pet Dragon

Ik the Troll (anyone know who this guy is? I can confirm the name, but nothing else about him, aside from being found at Renaissance fairs)
