What do you like most about yourself?

I am one of those guys that have a hard time completing these types of answers.

I have a great mind. a broad knowledge of several subjects, but I do not lead in any one field. - but now that I've hit 40 I seem to forget more and more things.

Compared to where I was 5 years ago, I have a good job that allows me to buy a modest house and modest car.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. I disagree with this most vehemently. Both can be fun both giving or receiving. :paranoid::tongue:

And V, I'd never dare do anything if you were closer, so no worries. I'm only open and forward on the 'net, in real life, I'm just the socially inept nerd :-P Thanks, though, and Cajun too :)

GOD I can't do anything useful with makeup... mascara, concealer and lipgloss are about all I can handle. It's a wonder I haven't killed myself with my eyelash curler!

I like everything about myself but my teeth and my ever-expanding waistline.

But if I had to say something specific I'd say it's my ability to befriend people and be comfortable in situations where others are not. Example: Being in a totally strange place where I know absolutely no one. I love it. I watch people and will usually know at least a few people's names by the time I leave.


And to those who feel they are worthless, you are not. Everyone at one time or another feels this way. You just need to find something that makes you happy and concentrate on that. If there are things you can't control stop worrying about them! Pick something you don't like and change it. Don't like your hair? Get it cut! Feeling fat? Start working out. Only work on 1 thing at a time and you'll find the successes will start to multiply. Pretty soon you have new-found confidence and it will show and be contagious. Trust me. This is what I did. I used to be miserable and then I did this and now my confidence level is probably too high.

I generally like my ability to quickly cut through the bullshit and see the big picture/real issues when everyone around me is at defcon 1 constantly.

Also, I've always liked my eyes, even though I hate my eyebrows.

Heh, mostly I think I just set a bar reasonably high so other people can eventually clear it.

I like that I'm literally one of the smartest people alive. But it has also made me extremely lazy, so that I post on internet boards and procrastinate because I know I can do it at the last minute better than most of the people who worked on it all along. But then I like that, too.
