I'm a little late getting deals up this weekend, sorry.

GOG has Ubisoft games on sale, this week all the games are $6.99 but as usual the games are cheaper if you buy all of them at once.
Beyond Good and Evil
Chessmaster 9000
Driver: Parallel Lines
Far Cry
Heritage of Kings: The Settlers
Heroes of Might and Magic
Heroes of Might and Magic 2: Gold Edition
Heroes of Might and Magic 3: Complete Edition
IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946
Might and Magic 6-pack: Limited Edition
Panzer General 2
Panzer General 3D Assault
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Settlers 2: Gold Edition, The
Silent Hunter 2
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six

Also, in an unusual move for GOG, they're offering pre-orders for the Witcher 2. It's a rather unusual pre-order deal as well. You don't pay until the game is released, but you still get some bonus content right away. When you do pay you'll also get your choice of some select games already on GOG. Also interesting is the pricing for those in the EU and UK. Since they have to offer the game at 44.95 in euros or pounds, and that means European customers will end up paying more, they're offering the price difference in GOG games. ($16 credit to EU customers, $6 credit to those in the UK).

Steam's weekend deal is Sniper: Ghost Warrior $14.99, and the map pack is on sale as well for $2.50

Impulse is having a Thanksgiving Sale Nothing really stellar, though. Some of the deals:
Stalker bundle $9.99
Tropico 3 $7.49
Flock $4.99

Aha! I was right Steam is having a sale:
Pre-Holiday "Give & Get" Sale Starts Now!

The "Give & Get" Sale starts today and ends Tuesday, November 30. Each day during the sale there will be huge savings on featured games and large game packs that are perfect for gift-giving throughout the holidays. In the spirit of giving, each day of the sale, Valve will be awarding 30 users with the top five games on their wishlists. To become eligible to win, simply load up your own wishlist with ten or more items now.
Today's Deals:
Prototype $14.99
Borderlands $9.99 (Note: not the GOTY that includes all the DLC)
Alpha Protocol $7.50
Shank $10.04
R.U.S.E. $33.49
Indie Energy Pack $4.99 (Brainpipe, Galcon Fusion, Gridrunner Revolution, ProtoGalaxy, Quantz)
Counter-Strike Source $5.00
Deus Ex Collection $4.99
Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse $10.50

---------- Post added at 03:06 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:52 PM ----------

Just because I missed it, I'll make sure that everyone knows that to be eligible to win the top five games on your wishlist, you have to have at least 10 single games on the list.

Do you know if that includes upcoming games on the wishlist or only currently released ones?

Be nice to toss up all the games I want coming out in the next 3-6 months as my top 5 in hopes of winning them.

I can't seem to find anything in the rules about it. I've got Portal 2 on my list in hopes that it's eligible.

Aha! I found something on the Steam forums. One of the moderators (or possibly a Valve employee) posted "If the game can be added to the wishlist, then it's eligible."

EDIT: Which means Deus Ex: Human Revolution just got added to my list. (though I'm thinking my computer probably can't handle it.)

Telltale Games is having a 30 Days of Telltale sale. The first deal is 50%-off everything in the store (excluding Poker Night and the Back to the Future game) and free shipping on orders over $50. I'll try and remember to post the daily deals, along with the daily Steam deals.

There are also gift packs available each day, does anyone care about buying large bundles of a game? Today's are a Defense Grid 10-pack for $15, 12-pack of AudioSurf for $20, 6-pack of L4D2 for $25 and a 10-pack of Puzzle Quest 2 for $35. Big discounts, but I'm not going to keep posting them unless someone speaks up.

O

Overflight

I'm on the fence of whether to get DeathSpank on the PC or the PS3. From what I heard, the game is Diablo-esque. Does that mean it works better on the PC? Please respond ASAP.

I was actually just thinking of getting this the other day. At 5 bucks, I'll pick it up, but I'm not entirely sure if my current system will be able to run it to any degree of playability. It just barely meets the minimum specs.
