She's obviously not playing the piano either. And there's obviously a dub track playing in the background allowing her to lip sync. What a hack.
Newer songs are generally dubbed and lip synced when appearing on TV shows, even great artists do that. I don't necessarily agree with that but it's what they do. Something about crappy studio equipment or something and artist's label demanding it. It's lame, really.
That said, some of the songs on The Fame Monster are very deliberately auto-tuned for effect purposes, not to 'fix' her voice.

FYI, I think your sarcasm detector was on the blink when you read this post.
Actually, it always is, in fact I threw it out a few weeks ago... But no, I knew he didn't mean what he said but I still felt like elaborating a bit on it regardless.

Addition: Michael Jackson used to dub/sync through the majority of his concerts, that didn't make 'm any less awesome though.
Really, in concerts where there is heavy choreography for the singer, I don't know how people could possibly believe that the singer can dance like that and sing at the same time.
Anyone jumping around that much on stage is going to be winded and not be able to hold a note at all. That's why the youtube videos where they got the actual feed from Brittany's mic made me laugh. Of course she sounds like crap, she's kicking her leg over her head while doing a cartwheel. It's humanly impossible to do that AND hold a note.
