City of... upcoming badges (pic uber heavy)

Ok right as I finished this, the wiki pages reposted their links with screenshots for the upcoming new explore badges. Between those and these pics, hopefully scouring the new spots will be easy peasy. Basically each normal zone will now all have 8 explore badges. PvP zones, and trial zones will have no changes badgewise currently. No access to Praetoria or heroside yet for my villains, soooo.... BTW the wiki page for new I-17 stuff is at http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Issue_17_Badges

I was going to email this to some friends, but since I can't seem to work email the way I want to, and I can work the forums, here we go.

Already canceled my account (just this week in fact). I simply got tired of waiting for the Going Rogue Beta and couldn't find a reason to stay. Heading over to Warhammer Online later tonight to play with some friends there.

I haven't played the game in years. Played it off and on for the first couple of years, but once my favourite character (Doug the Troll!!) hit 50, my enjoyment of the game plummetted. It gets really reptative and the endgame stinks. Plus, my new laptop that I got last year...well, it's not quite as good for gaming, since I didn't upgrade the video card. =/

Ok let me put this out here, plain and simple. Really I am not trying to rake a muck, but here it is.

Folks, I don't care if you don't like City of Heroes/Villains, I really don't. If you decide you don't like it, or don't want to play it, that is certainly up to you. Your money, your time, your call to warp your own weird. It's not a game wanting 11 million players, it's not a game for everyone by any means. The way the dev's have gone into fine tuning stories, video use, game mechanics, story mechanisms etc. shows that they know they are needing their customers to use big boy computers, and vid cards with big girl panties on.

I won't say it is, and I will scoff and skip over the posting of anyone who says it is.

I am not making this post to try to get you to like City of games, I don't want you to tell me your horror story of city of games, and I don't want to hear about how grinding for the latest purple dress, blue ocarina, ochre backscratcher or what ever fat lewt in WoW which can be played on a matchbox with 2 paperclips and a USB fob is a much better fit for your lifestyle.

I am posting these pics for some friends I couldn't get the email format to work in, period frakken dot. If you like city of games, please feel free to chat me up sometime at @aloenia and @talviar if you don't, please enjoy your time doing what you do.

Don't get me wrong... I still LOVE City of Heroes. I'm simply tired of it and want a break from it, which is why most of my old Guildies and I are trying out Warhammer Online. I'll probably be back someday... I just want to play something else for a few months so when I come back, there will be a nice pile of Content waiting for me.
