Hey Nick! What's your time for a mile?
Day 3 and 7.5 minutes for 1.25 miles for me. Knees, calves and but still aching, though not quite as much (yay!).. mine starts with speed and ends with more casual riding.
 
I've been trying to keep at a steady pace, to be honest. I have to keep going for 8 hours, man. It's about endurance for me.

Still, keep it up! Glad I was able to inspire you. :)

Thanks! I really want to get back to the level I used to be at. I once passed my mom in her car in a 30mph zone, but not sure if this bike is even capable of those speeds.. at the lowest (highest?) gear, it all still felt too easy. ..course, again, my highest speed was 20mph on Sunday lol. I don't want to constantly race, don't misunderstand.. just want to be able to have the leg power to do so if need arises. (late for work, want to get to an appointment, etc)
