This sums up Lost nicely

I know Fernado will.. disagree but since he has a thread in the pro-finale camp, this should prove useful for the anti-finale camp.

A few of these questions I think were answered (i.e. polar bears in the spanish comic book just being a coincidence to the dharma polar bears being on the island) but there are a shit ton of glaring omissions (i.e. Smokie being able to appear as Jack Sheppard 'off island' at certain times, or as people who were still alive..)

We're still talking about Lost?

Man, I revved right on by that discussion once Breaking Bad got into high gear.

Someone told me it could be summed up as "A Wizard Did It". And that makes me laugh (and goes for effective trolling against Lost fans...

Hmm... Having not seen Lost, I have to say that most of those seem like nitpicks, but some of them do seem like fairly significant omissions -- things that were meant to have an explanation, but they never got around to it.

Also: why do we still care?

Because enjoying or not enjoying the Lost finale is extremely important. Didn't you hear that peace in the Middle East was interrupted because Israel thought that the finale was decent and wrapped things up for the characters nicely while Pakistan felt that the science fiction mysteries never got answered and were dissatisfied by all the character development?

Failed to get it.

That's all I'm saying in this thread.

On the subject, at least. I'll still post if epicness arises, of course.

a lot of nitpick

some of those questions were answered

all stirring the hornet nest.
I'll admit some were answered.

But on the flip side of the coin, a lot of those were huge glaring omissions that completely contradicted statements made in season 6 (i.e. Smokie only appearing as dead people and only on the island..yet jake appearing in America, after he died?)

Jimmy, we're sending you to a camp where you can really think about things. To really, just focus your mind on stuff. To really...um...concentrate.

Do our camps cross over? Like what's the break down of rare steak/cooked steak when combined with hated the ending/loved the ending? Would that put us up to four camps, or is there a correlation?

This calls for SCIENCE! (And maybe a panty raid, but mostly science.)
