Not in Jay-world. In Jay-world, women are hopelessly incompetent at any sort of technical or mechanical task, and are only interested in cooking, cleaning, and caring for a husband, having insufficient intellects to do more with their lives. Concepts like comic books and cartoons are beyond the women of Jay-world.
Now, I'm impressed that anyone did this. It's a really cool job there. Pointing out "And it's a woman!" makes you a chauvinist ass, not that it's a surprise to anyone.

Still, very impressive work... nice attention to detail with the paint job... especially in the engine bay. Most people never bother to strip the whole bay down and paint it but she did and my hat is off to her.

I'm not surprised at all that a woman did the work. But I would be completely lying if I didn't say I was surprised to learn that a woman did it, because I wouldn't have thought that a woman would have those interests. Not in cars--I've known enough women who like working on cars. But in TMNT. It's not sexist or chauvinist. It's 34 years of personal experience as statistically categorized by my brain.
