It's not a world ending deal, certainly, but it's a fun series, and had I the cash I'd be purchasing it. 14 episodes, three discs, bluray (not full HD quality, but editorial note indicates that it's still noticeably better than the dvds).

If anyone near Michigan does splurge for it, let me borrow it...

but that is not available in the U.S. but I did buy it :) can't pass up a great deal.

Is this why the price skyrocketted from $24.99 to $64.99 on Amazon and at HMV this week? Seriously, I was FINALLY going to buy it. But no show is worth $70 for one season. Not even Firefly.

Yeah, it was $24.99 two weeks ago. I talked myself out of buying it. Then went back and they were sold out. Finally they got it in again, and now its $64.99. Checked Amazon, same thing.

I heard it was $19.99 at Best Buy a while back. But I'm betting they raised their price too. This is just downright evil.

*EDIT* Best Buy's up to $49.99 now.

I was about to be frustrated thinking you were heading out now and that you guys were getting Pokemon early.

Oh yeah, and Firefly, woo--still $32 here.

So.....

My original order got "lost" with an expected delivery of March 13

I sent them a very constructive email on Monday.

Got assistance a few hours later and they responded that they'll send me another copy and will pay all shipping fees.

I check my mail today...


I got both of them.
