Now I'm no conspiracy theorist, but....

I can't think of any reason not to take Scotland Yard at it's word when it says that it is labeling the death as not suspicious has nothing to do with the criticism they have been under since this scandal broke.

Man, i love how they just say they have no idea how he died, but it's totally non suspicious... it's like they're trying to make it look suspicious...

Did you try already,Charlie? Or where did you get your proof for that statement?
On the other hand, sixpackshaker, rushing to a conclusion before any hard evidence is shown, makes you sound kinda dickish.

I love how easy it is to murder ... becuase of attitudes like this!
You're right! He was murdered because of our attitudes, and he won't get caught because of our attitudes. There is concrete evidence just lying around, but the police won't find it because of our attitudes. The investigation is done, the proof is in the pudding, but the murderers, who are perfectly known as the culprits beyond any doubt, will get away with it because of our attitudes.

Behind every perfectly reasonable explanation of someone's death is a conspiracy theory just waiting for the right nutjob to discover it.

What do you expec tthe police to do? They are holding an investigation into this death just as any other. In fact, they are giving it more scrutiny than usual - the forensics team wouldn't be called if it was just some joe schmoe off the street with a needle in his arm.

If they find something that points towards homocide, they'll investigate further.

But it doesn't matter.

It's because of attitudes like yours that this death will live on in infamy as a conspiracy hushed up by either the government, or the rich and powerful, or both.

Is it common to allow "grieving relatives" to hang around the crime scene without any police present while it takes a forensic team 10 hours to get to the home?

Could be a perfectly normal investigation with completely legit delays and following police procedures to the letter but when the victim is a whistle blower who has cost a police commissioner his job and has everybody questioning just how corrupt the British police are it just looks suspicious.

Charlie's eagerness aside, them cops where part of the same law enforcement system that took bribes from the newspaper the guy whistle-blew on...
