That tattoo got me free drinks on Saturday, which in turn made me lose sight of the friends I was with and they ended up leaving without me and I'm a monogamous guy now so it's not like I could go with any of the ladies on the group that bought free drinks for the "hoopy frood". So I had to walk like an hour and a half before I found a cab... by which time the tattoo was stinging like a motherfucker. Seriously, it's hurting way more than the shoulder blade Abbey Road one, even though that one hurt way more to GET. The fuck is up with THAT?
Shoulder blade tattoos are a pain if you have a poor posture. My first blade tat, when I was in musical theatre and had a good posture, was a cinch. My second...was a test of endurance and actually required two sessions. However, they heal faster and aren't subject to much friction.
However, arm tats are a bitch to heal, especially bicep tats because they just rest against the rest of your body.
