Okay, here's a ruling. Barring the PM from evilmike I can't see what his zero-g picture has to do with the picture I wanted. It had better be a damned good explanation for me to take these 15 points away from Tegid. Frank found the hidden picture but didn't do part 2 so no points.

Yeah, there are online decryptors but only one I found that used the patristocratic method, which figures out spaces. Normally cryptograms would be hard, but with the internet...Riddles and stuff are hard to do and make it challenging without being impossible.
