The first day I thought I was going to need a gurney. Once Doc and I were talking about doing the Insanity workout (I think that was it) and he said he knew it was good because he puked - or nearly puked. That was almost me, though I wasn't so enthusiastic about feeling like I was going to lose my dinner because I ran for 45 seconds.Better a couch to 5k than a gurney to 5k.

Thank you for this! I have been looking for a good yoga channel on YouTube. I like to do it as a warm up before I run. It seems to help my knees a lot.If anyone is in to yoga, I recommend te Yogatic channel on YouTube, by Esther Eckhart. It's wonderful. I do some of her flow routines or her hip opening routine a few nights a week. It's really enjoyable, and she's a good instructor.
