So one of the members of the boards has an extra copy of Diablo III that they are just itching to give away. So we're going to have a contest. And I'll be using them to prop up the Book Reviews.

So here's the contest.

  • Figure out which book you want to post.
  • Go to Amazon.com and get the requisite information.
  • Post the information about the book using the Book Reviews tab above.
For each UNIQUE book posted to be reviewed, you get one entry. You add 20 books, you get 20 entries! If someone reviews the book you posted (including a review by you!!) you get an additional entry. So if you post the book info from Amazon and then review the book that's 2 entries!
Not sure when I'll end the contest - probably Sunday at some time. When I close it I'll tally the entries and pick at random. The winner gets their own copy of Diablo III!!
Get to reviewing, people!

UPDATE!! It doesn't say who put the books up there! So review your book and let me know you posted it! Argh!

I put up "Changer".

Also, found out it's sequel is on Kindle under a different name. I need to see if I can borrow my mom's to read it on. I've never gotten a copy.

I also put up a review, but I didn't realize that it would be included with the book; I thought it would be included underneath in the review section. It's not a big deal, but I purposely didn't include a plot summary because I presumed the basic review would get automatically pulled from the Amazon page. Is there any way to edit that, [USER]Dave[/USER]?

You did the same thing I did the first time. Best way is to copy your text from the book description and paste it into a review.
