My friend who's husband is stationed in Gibralter has a question that I thought you may be able to answer for her:

Many cars both here in Gibraltar and around Spain can be seen with a sticker of a woman on their bumper. It is just a silhouette cut-out of the head a long-haired woman, wearing a hat. Who is this woman and why do people love her?

The only thing I could think of was Maria or Jesus wearing a hat. Was it a bowler hat?

I think she said it was more like a sun hat. I'll have to double check.

No. This picture is basically the silhouette personified - http://s1.favim.com/orig/24/bohemian-fashion-girl-glamour-hat-Favim.com-220203.jpg - same length of hair, same kind of hat - only the sticker is a front view, just a head with a hat, with like, the hair parted down the middle but you can't see it because it's under the hat, lol!

The link she provided was just to give me an idea of what the hat looks like. I would say from her description that the silhouette is more like this:
