Even if a place has really crappy crust, that crust can be saved by either Sriracha or garlic sauce. Unless it's one of those frozen pizzas and you burned the hell out of it to the point that biting into it feels like you're cutting the roof of your mouth, there is no reason ever to throw out the crust.

Heard that only hipsters were allergic to gluten...sorry about the celiac. Hope you have learned to make good pizza! So used to feeding the crusts to my dog that going out for pizza and not having him nearby to pitch crusts to. Yes, I do bring crusts home for him. I also torture him by walking around the house repeating the word pizza, but if you have a dog you just have to!
