Huzzah, I was able to steal some time (yoink!) and all the assignments have been determined, and the messages sent out. If you haven't received your assignment, check your "conversations" here: https://www.halforums.com/conversations/ and create a new conversation with me if you still can't find it.

Lots of US and Canadian people left their country out of their address. If the zip code has letters in it, it's probably Canada. Otherwise it's probably US, or it's specifically stated as part of the address. If it's not obvious, PM me and I'll let you know.

Send your gifts as soon as possible! Then let me know so I can put the date you sent it on my list, so if your giftee starts to worry I can let them know if it's been sent, and how long ago it was sent.

Since I didn't include a list with my sign-up form, I'll try and post here things that I would like, to make it easier on my Secret Santa.

A love fluffy things. (So, slippers, a scarf..things like that.)

I LOVE red foxes. And I don't care what it is, like a fox statue, fox plush, fox t-shirt. I love all things foxes.

These are merely ideas, don't feel like you must get me something from this list. I like surprises and will probably be so thrilled with anything I get. If I think of more things, I'll update as necessary. :)

I think I was pretty thorough in my own wish list, but here goes...

- Miniatures for my Pathfinder game. I have a full set of Heroes and Monster and the Bestiary Box, but I'm always looking for cool minis to place on the table to liven up the combat. I'd love to give a second chance for even hand-me-down figures, if you've got those lying around :)
- I'm a sucker for all manner of movies, and I'm constantly updating my DVD collection. Particular films I've hunted unsuccessfully are Shaun of The Dead, The Great Escape, Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure, Back to The Future II & III, Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, The Great Dictator and Road Trip. The problem with these is that they have to be Region 2.
- Music, particularly Irish trad and movie soundtracks - the latter of which are pretty much a non-entity in Finnish music stores for some odd reason.
- Anything history-related when it comes to books. I've a particular fondness for the Middle Ages, but other than that I tend to pick up and read whatever catches my interest, ranging from US History to WWII.

If I can think of something else, I'll let you know ;) But consider these as mere suggestions; I'm pretty much open to anything that is fun and interesting. The only ixnay I'll put is for alcoholics and foodstuffs; those tend to suffer in transit, and some of the mail rules are quite hard on such things. Also, please no eye-burning NSFW stuff like yaoi hentai or things of that nature :p

I can add more ideas later but depending on if someone feels like spending 40USD they can Paypal me some money so I can get myself Sims 3 Seasons which just released today. :) Apparently you can't gift games on Origin. Bah.

But it'd definitely be a good gift for me and everyone following Halforums House. :)

I've also been lazy with picking up new clothes since I've lost weight so I have no shirts that actually fit. Any fun or comic related t-shirts size L would be fine too.

Other than that I'm partial to items local to your area ( I don't travel much), anything homemade if you prefer, or alcohol related items (always looking for new stuff to try). So if you bottle your own bathtub gin, we're good...

It's always being updated..well..this year, anyways, because my family says I'm hard to shop for. So, theres expensive shit in there as well as reasonable stuff. I've been abusing the amazon wish list add on for google chrome.

I'm open for anything. I would especially love local food/drink, local stuff, etc. Homemade is always nice too. My walls are currently bare and in need of decoration, so if you have an artistic streak I would love a drawing/painting/whatever. I also spend a lot of my time reading when I'm not teaching the future leaders (lol) of America.

Yeah, it appears my notes field got sent blank (probably because I had my toddler on my lap slapping at the keyboard when I was registering). I'll post a list of things that I like in a bit and hope that Jay didn't just send me socks. Though if he were smart he could rub some salt in the wound and send me a ME3 DVD too.

Okay, here's some gift advice for me... I apologize to whomever got me and got a big blank note (I had something typed up but I obviously screwed it up somehow).

I like books, I don't get a lot of time to read but I really enjoy science fiction (Dune, Foundation series, War of the worlds, etc.) and I love fantasy (LOTR, The Hobbit, Wheel of Time, Chronicles of Narnia, Forgotten Realms and Dragonlance novels, etc.). Specifically I have been looking to start reading the Discworld series by Terry Pratchet and the Dark Tower series by Stephen King.

I like movies a lot too, my favorites being The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Star Wars, Terminator 2 and Aliens. I've been looking to round out my blu-ray collection with titles like Captain America: the first Avenger, Iron Man, The 7 Samurai and Alien. Cool movie posters are also fun as I'm looking to hang a few up in my home theatre room. Alien 3 and Ressurection NEVER HAPPENED. Do not send these... please... pretty please.

Computer games are fun and there's a couple titles like Orcs must Die 2 that I've been interested in trying but haven't had the opportunity to yet. If you're interested in this route you can probably check out my steam profile somehow to see what games I have. My username is Azurephoenix.

I love Mass Effect so if you're the artsy type something along those lines would be super kickass (I played a Paragon soldier with Ashley as my love interest).

Ummm... I absolutely love rum if you're into sending something like that though you would have to look into the legalities of such. I know I've sent alcohol around Canada before but over the border probably isn't the best idea.

Not sure what else to say... the rest of my hobbies involve quickly rising costs so I think I will leave it there. At the very least it provides some ideas.

And if you're Jay and you sent me socks they better be for size 12 feet you bastard!
