I've actually been to multiple 3-star restaurants with my dad (because that's the sort of thing he likes to spend his money on), but going to the Fat Duck is definitely one of my bucket list items. Heston is the kind of chef that really inspires me with the weird shit he does.

A while back, my dad said I should keep the first weekend of december free. Today, he announced that he's taking me to the Fat Duck for their Christmas menu on that weekend. This is absolutely one of my bucket list restaurants so I'm hella hyped.
