That actually makes sense. Gaining two pounds overnight basically means you're retaining water (pizza is salty). Water counts as lean mass. The scale measures more lean mass, so your fat mass dropped as a percentage of body weight.

Didn't your GoPro come with video editing software? If not there's free ones out there. I've used two somewhat recently: OpenShot is more user friendly, VSDC gives you more control. Both can flip video.

Might not be able to salvage the blocked footage, but you can flip the upside-down video if it's otherwise good.
