Ignoring danger seems to me like the expected reaction for a narcissist who is high on stimulants to make him seem energetic despite his failing health.

News reports are saying that there are reports of multiple people in the crowd who were injured, including one shot in the head. Who knows if it's true, but it's definitely too early to say that no one in the crowd was injured.
