Rings of Power sadly suffers of wanting to be Games of Thrones so bad. Too many characters and story lines to follow and no sense of scale in terms of time and space.

That's sounds like an interesting premise. How different the view of the same situation can be to people in a relationship and that the typical sitcom situation is a toxic relationship.
