I once had to troubleshoot a woman who was exerting far too much effort in using her mouse, grunting and straining over the phone as I asked her to do some very simple tech support steps. Turns out she was a former seamstress and thought that the mouse went on the floor.

*phew* Comcast getting those assets would have been horribad. That's said, Disney's efforts with Star Wars haven't been great either....

The whole show is gut-wrenching. If I'm ever in a happy mood and need to feel dour and depressed, that's my go to show.
