My understanding was that the Alien AI was the outer container for the gem, not the gem itself. That means that Ultron doesn't need the gem at all, but Vision was brought to life by the gem itself.

Yeah, it's a retcon of a retcon of a retcon. First they were just the Maximoff's mutant children, then they were the children of Miss America and The Wizzer, then they were Magneto's children, now they're back to being the Maximoff's children, just not mutants.

The Steam versions have that too, but many of those games still require fan add ons to work properly.

It's kind of a bitch getting some of these older games to run well, but it's worth it. I mean Jedi Freaking Knight!!!!
