Shoulder tendinitis sucks. My physio exercises are starting to get brutal though. My weight just got bumped to 5lbs, and we added another exercise. More aches less pain

I had an x-ray on my shoulder due to chronic pain on Tuesday. I learned today that I have a 18mm calcium deposit in my shoulder, The doctor recommended a cortisol shot. Anyone have experience with those?

I wish I had an answer, but I never did the hitting on thing with strangers. My wife and I were friends that just grew into more. Seems weird to me.
