For years, I've been trying to remember an arcade game i played way back in 7th grade during lunch. Well, I clicked on a random game from your link there, Dave. And as you can guess, it was that game. These unlikely coincidences are fun.

Oh, the game was Rally Bike.

Just be warned, any game that uses save files (like Moria), the save files do not persist in the browser dosbox versions. Best to install locally for those.
