I honestly think he's out of his mind. I have serious doubts that the average person in Iran buys that crap, so I really don't know what he thinks to gain.

But he keeps winning those "elections"[/QUOTE]

Iranian will believe what their "president" tells them to believe.
Isn't this the same guy saying that the Holocaust is not real?

You know... it's really sad but I know way to many people who buy into these insane conspiracy ideas.

To be fair, you may be giving the people of Iran short shrift. The protests during the last election don't exactly smack of credulousness on their part.

I don't buy the conspiracy B.S. for a second that the U.S. was secretly behind the attacks.

Then again, if it was ever revealed to be true? I honestly wouldn't be surprised.

If it is true, can you imagine the breakdown in the U.S. system? I mean our own government killing their own citizens.

It could lead to civil war (at least that is what I think)

Oh, man. If it was true? Anarchy. Pure and total anarchy. Something akin to the comic book, DMZ, would likely occur. Maybe not all of Manhattan becoming a DMZ, but certainly the civil war aspect.
