Damn shame he couldn't a made to a nice even hundred, even so he lived a full life, his voice is the stuff of legends, and I hope he rests in peace.

Wasn't he still doing the voice-overs for Saturday Night Live? It's going to feel weird the first time I don't hear him introducing the cast. I'm still getting used to not hearing Bob Sheppard at Yankee Stadium, especially with Jeter leaving. :(
