Awake. I really, REALLY can't wait for this.

I'm sorry. I thought since the creator said it so early on in the show, it wouldn't end up being a major deal.

Just watched the second episode and....eh, I don't know. This show's losing me fast. I'm not really motivated to continue, especially now that they're started the conspiracy crap.

Just watched the latest episode (the sixth). Honestly, I've been on the fence about this show for awhile now. There's been enough in the episodic nature of the show to keep me going. It got a little formulaic, but it was enjoyable enough.

That all changed with this episode because holy crap, it was great. I really wish the show had been more like this from the very start. Nothing really changes in terms of character development, except for the main character - and even then, it's not a big change. But their delivery in how it was done was great. They really played with the concept of the two worlds and how it's starting to affect him, mentally.

Now then, theory, which will be spoilerized:

Going by Blots' note that the creator said that one world is real and the other is fake, I'm starting to believe that it's the "wife is alive" world is the fake. There's been very little character development with her and much more with his son. For that alone, I'm thinking the "son is alive" world is the real one. This episode, with him playing the hero in the "wife is alive" reality and wanting to perpetuate the schizophrenic's reality further convinced me of that. Thoughts? Or am I the only one still watching this show?

Eh, unless he's a neilson household, it doesn't matter what he watches.

Speaking of which, with digital services all over the place now, isn't there a better way to get real time ratings information? The current system is so archaic.

Regretfully, I must bump this thread to inform anybody still watching this that it's been cancelled.

Sad.

I saw the first one, and found it wasn't compelling. Interesting, and I wanted to know what was real and what wasn't (and to whom), but ultimately it didn't put me on the edge of my seat.

For those who did see more, did later episodes improve the show, or were pretty much more of the same level of quality/interestingness?

I found the first episode interesting enough to continue watching. The series isn't what I'd call great television, but it's still better than most things that air, if you ask me. I believe I'm two episodes behind after last night's episode, but I really wanted to see where things were going.

I enjoyed most of the episodes that aired after the first to be more interesting, but a couple were less.

Eh, honestly, except for one rare episode that was better than the others, it hasn't really kept my interest. Let's put it this way: I have last week's episode and this week's both downloaded but haven't felt like watching them. Not a good sign. And yeah, I'm not surprised or disappointed that it's being cancelled.
