So. This is pretty awful.
I know exactly where that apartment complex is. It's 2 blocks from where I went to high school (Gen. William Mitchell High School, go Marauders), and a mere 2 miles from my father's house.
Explosions were heard inside the apartment, police found several pipebombs inside, and one person is under arrest.
