The BIOS should tell you if it is a hardware overclock (the speed displayed in Cell Menu will be higher than the stock 2.93GHz). This could be either because the base clock is set to something higher than 133 in the BIOS, or also could be because the DIP switches are set to boost the speed (see page 30 in the manual for details). Otherwise it is some kind of software overclock, but you should see whatever overclock program loading on startup if this is the case.
For the record, remember to write down any settings you change if you want to be able to remember them later.
