I thought that was a cake at first glance and I was about to say "I wanna bro-fist that cake!" But now I realize that would been completely idiotic of me, heh.

Ah, what the hell:

I wanna bro-fist that cake!

Come on, cake. Do it.

A morbidly obese bee? I love it! I'm telling you, man, it's your destiny to make people laugh. And I still think you're really good at getting hit with dodgeballs.

Sorry for the quality... and... the redness..

DBZ almost ruined my development of drawing.. but I can't deny that I still have a soft spot for it.

Is it me, or should batman be saying "who farted?" here?

DBZ almost ruined a lot of artists. I remember being in middle school and high school, watching my artsy friends doodling, wondering if they'd ever quit drawing veiny people. More overweight insects! :D

Also--that is indeed what Batman's face seems to say. Or ask.

personal opinion: *if the red was to cover class notes or personal information, disregard future sentences*

Never, EVER, delete/censor your artwork during this month. With the good comes the bad, the bad comes good, you gotta live your life like you should. One of the most beneficial things to come of all this will be examining your work from day 1 to 28, taking in all the majestic work, and noticing the improvement, noticing the strength, noticing the weaknesses, noticing the patterns, celebrating the victories, and LEARNING from the mistakes. I can learn a lot by exploring with line, but i learn even more when i examine my work and look at the mistakes. How to fix things, how to do it better, how to make it not happen again. Without the entire body of work, you don't get as much benefit.

That being said, these are awesome. And dbz was the most major influence on my drawing life outside of marvel comic rip-offs when i was in elementary school. so high five for same influences!

Sorry for the poor quality camera phone pics... it's all I've got at the moment for putting sketches up.

The banner say's "You're dumb."

That scoundrel Alfie is going to be soooo embarrassed when he has to explain where he's been. Oh Alfie, you silly narcoleptic.

Some more horrible quality phone pix

The beginnings of a great drawing! (Hopefully finished tomorrow)

Yeah, the clothing folds in these ones (especially the top one) are really cool. I especially like the glove and the folds on the guy's body on the top one; I have no idea why that's sticking out to me, but I guess sometimes a person's eye just gravitates to things. Maybe I'm thinking about clothing folds for some reason, maybe that's why. Maybe a clothing fold killed my family in a past life and my murderous fixation to avenge their deaths has carried on through various incarnations of my immortal soul and so whenever I see a representation of a clothing fold, such as in a drawing, I immediately tune in to it with thoughts of murder.

Maybe.

But yeah - cool!

These were actually from today, I'll try to get the sketches I promised from during the week up a little later

A moose!

These are from earlier in the week, during classes.

This is a comic character idea I had, I'm not comfortable revealing all of him just yet, so you get crazy anatomy muscles!
