Definitely but there might delirium due to meds and dehydration. Which will either lead to incoherence or extra honesty. This drugs pack some umph.
What drugs are you taking?
Sinutab, delsym, thinking about adding in some sudafed if this doesn't start feeling better. The only thing that feels changed is my mental state.
Have you tried taking in some steam?
Boil a pot of water and take it off the stove and put your head over it with a towel. It might give some temporary relief.
