Seriously, Chinese youths are too fat and masturbate too much leading to "enlarged testicular veins" that make them non-viable army recruits.

You guys should get your testicle veins checked. I know that's first thing on my list of things to do!

Ladies, I assume it's your enlarged ovary veins that are the problems.

I had to look up why enlarged testicular veins are a problem. Apparently it's known as varicocele and can cause infertility, discomfort, and I guess what the army is concerned about, low testosterone.

You know what doesn't affect varicocele? Masturbating.

Some mid level bureaucrat probably just made this up randomly as an excuse to cull 10% of the appricants so he could leave work early some Friday.

Plus, its China. The recruit pool is so large they can be picky.
