that is the map of the consulate
http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&i...c=A&ved=0CEQQpQY&sa=X&ei=mPnaS8HJFZakM6rDna4I

Now to me, it is hard NOT to notice the consulate but how can a police not notice it when following a car?

It looks like there is no beating if the cop just put hand cuffs on them. Talk about a little exaggeration but then again, I would love to see the footage (probably have some in the consulate security) of what is going on.

Now if you're ever in Houston, oh, you better walk right;
Aw, you better not gamble boy, I say you better not fight, l
Or the sheriff he will grab you and the boys will pull you down.
And then before you know it, you're penitentiary bound.

I've always gotten the impression that Texas has had irresponsible Law Enforcement for a long time. Something like this was bound to happen eventually..

Depending on how Texas handles this, though, things could get really bad.

well.. no new feed I can find (haven't search that hard) but it seems that local officer cuff the guy may have force the guy to lay on the car, but I don't think there is actual beating
