If you grew up in the ‘90s, chances are you’re familiar with the work of legendary cartoon voice actress Christine Cavanaugh. The voice behind Babe the pig, Chuckie from The Rugrats, Dexter from Dexter’s Laboratory, and Gosalyn Waddlemeyer-Mallard on Darkwing Duck passed away on Dec. 22 at the age of 51.

It blows my mind how prolific a lot of these voice actors are (or were). She was no exception and will be greatly missed for voicing so many iconic characters.

She was one of the voice actors I always recognized by name or by voice. I hadn't realized she retired, but I'm sad to hear she passed.

I hadn't realized she was that prolific (I've never seen Rugrats) and didn't know Babe and Gosalyn were the same.
