So after playing for a while I already have a suggestion for the first patch: find a way to keep units set to "Explore" from wandering into city states and causing a diplomatic incident. It's getting QUITE annoying.
However, I found an issue I DON'T want them to fix. You probably noticed that wonders now appear in a random surrounding tile rather than inside the city itself. Which in one of my playthroughs led to this:
Alas, another Civ finished the Pyramids first, so the Great Underwater Pyramids of Orleans were lost.
