Actually, I suggested she call it "Ship Shape with Courtoon" because she's such a big 'shipper, and I didn't expect her to actually make the video, but i think it turned out amazing.[DOUBLEPOST=1344456687][/DOUBLEPOST]I think this video could use a few more hits:
Yes, I am just a wee bit obsessed with Inner Mind Theater, why do you ask?

Ugh, the way that Courtoon edits her videos together grates on my last nerve. I HATE that sytle of editing.

I forgot to mention, but Pez, I am a TOTAL yay for this thread.
I've never noticed Courtoon's editing. I know she's jumpy-ish..but most people on youtube are, so I don't notice. For me, she's just to adorable, I can look passed it all.

That video is why I watched the original music video at all. Or even know what that song is. InnerMindTheatre is a beautiful gift to cosplay-dom.
Posted because I loved the bit with the jump cuts for the FLCL cosplay.
and because of CourtoonXII in her Kid Flash fashion.

A little bit late in posting this, but I like to watch videos before I post them, and this one is an hour long. It's worth it, though, this panel is fascinating:

If you haven't been watching the Project Cosplay videos from Stage5tv, you should check them out. I really loved this episode:
I particularly enjoyed the part where Crystal Graziano is embarrassed that she did some detail work with puffy paint, and Hollywood special effects artist Steve Wang just shrugs it off, says he might have done it with hot glue, and that he goes with a "whatever works" mentality.

Often I find that video of skits leave me scratching my head as to what is going on. This one, however, works pretty well on video, and I can only imagine it was better in-person:

Amazingly enough I'm not posting this video because Inner Mind Theater is in it, but because of the stunningly beautiful TARDIS console dress at about 0:24. The cosplayer has a Tumblr here.

Heidi Atelier made a fantastic Holo from Spice & Wolf, the most impressive part being the tail, which... just look at it swish. So pretty.
I think I don't recognize probably 40% of those characters.
Probably because I don't have cable.

A little different than my usual post here, this video doesn't feature anyone in cosplay, it's a panel from a convention where Jessie Pridemore (aka RuffleButt Cosplay) speaks about how to make and wear revealing costumes so that only what you want to show ends up showing. I've had this in my Watch Later queue for a while now, and I'm sorry that I took so long to watch it. Jessie is charming, knowledgeable, a good story-teller and really good at working with her audience. Aside from having practical information for cosplayers, this video is also an example of some fantastic public speaking, and I very much enjoyed my 47 minutes watching it.
