I've probably seen Beauty and the Beast at least a dozen times, but I still haven't seen Bedknobs and Broomsticks.

There goes another piece of my childhood. My mom loved that show.

Yeah I knew her first as the lady from Bedknobs and Broomsticks.
Then I saw her in the stage version of Sweeney Todd. Quite a contrast.

Glad I am not the only one that remember her fondly from Bedknobs and Broomsticks. That movie was a big one for my childhood. Nothing like a bunch of armor and outfits beating the shit out of Nazis.

To me she was the princess from The Court Jester before she became Miss Potts, and later Jessica Fletcher when my now-wife had her tv running as background noise a lot. Thanks to wifey I also know her from National Velvet alongside young Elizabeth Taylor and the great Anne Revere.
And from the obituary messages last night I learned a lot more about her in a short time to have nothing but utter respect for her live and work.
RIP Dame Angela.
I feel like Nathan may be making a poorly received joke here about gaslighting.

I’ll most fondly remember her as Miss Price the magic by mail course member from Bedknobs & Broomsticks. Also have seen many of her earlier movies since we were on a TCM movies binge for a couple of years.
